Membership
Membership in WVMTA
Membership is offered at 3 tiered levels which provide access to benefits as described below. The membership year runs from June 1 to May 31 each year. Please note that dues are not pro-rated.
Your membership dues help to support the functioning of the organization including funding this website which provides a crucial contact point for members of the public interested in music therapy. We thank you for your support!
Professional Membership
$25/year
Designed for MT-BCs living and/or working in the State of West Virginia. Provides access to all membership benefits including opportunities to engage in group supervision, networking events, and the mentorship program. Professional members also have the option to be listed in the “Find A Music Therapist” directory to help connect those seeking services to you.
Student Membership
$10/year
Designed for music therapy students and interns with interests in the state. Provides access to the benefits of membership at a reduced cost. Student members are able to access networking opportunities and engage in the mentorship program.
Friends of WVMTA
By Donation
Designed for members of the public with an interest in supporting the music therapy profession in the state. All Friends of WVMTA receive the quarterly newsletter directly to your email.
